This three-day workshop offers a solo masterclass as well as orchestra repertoire and special topics about the harp. Harp faculty, Dr. Li-Ya Huang, will teach masterclasses, orchestral excerpt sessions, harp ensemble coaching, and offer a topic lecture on Debussy’s Danse sacrée et danse profane and Ravel’s Introduction et Allegro. Each participant will receive a 45-minute private lesson. Students will have the opportunity to perform at the final recital. Visiting faculty member from Juilliard in New York, Nancy Allen, will teach an online masterclass session during the workshop.
